This airplane is dialed in and ready to go. Only 1275 Total time (engine and airframe). The Tital O-340 has been upgraded with 10:1 Pistons and has been ported and flow balanced. Compressions are 73, 75, 71, and 70. Currently has a Catto 80x50 composite prop. Features 3" extended, heavy duty gear, AOSS Shocks, and 20" airstreak tires. The panel is known as Cubcrafters Executive Glass, which features a Garmin G3X, auto pilot, and it does have ADS-B in/out. The airplane is currently on PK 2050A amphibious floats and has a useful load of 450lbs. It has complete logs, that are scanned and ready to share. Only damage history was a prop strike (with a composite prop) at 150 hours, and the engine was sent out for an IRAN. Will be sold with fresh conditional inspection (the experimental equillivant to an annual inspection).
